WISE, Va. - Cedarville extended its women's tennis winning streak to six in a row with a narrow 4-3 non-conference victory at Virginia-Wise.
The Lady Jackets, 9-3 overall, were able to split the six singles matches after taking the early lead with two wins in doubles.
The #1 duo of
Liana English and
Rosie Thompson as well as #2
Janelle English and
Halie Hardwick secured the doubles point.
Straight-set winners in singles were #4
Olivia Ancil, #5 Hardwick, and #6
Meghan Gallogly.
Cedarville plays its final non-conference match on Friday at Thomas More.
