NCCAA WOMEN'S SOCCER AWARDS
CEDARVILLE, Ohio -
Mackenzie Northcutt,
Jocelyn Gross,
Delight Williams, and
Mary Kate Wyer are NCCAA Women's Soccer All-Americans for the 2020-21 academic year.
Northcutt was named to the second team with the other three all on the third team.
The Lady Jackets landed four All-Americans for the second season in a row.
Northcutt, a senior midfielder from Niantic, Conn., played in ten games and started nine this spring with two assists.
Gross, a sophomore goalkeeper from Pullman, Wash., started ten games between the pipes with three shutouts and a 0.90 goals against average.
Williams, a senior from St. Petersburg, Fla., started all 12 games on the back line.
Wyer, a sophomore midfielder from Greenville, S.C., led the team in scoring with five goals and two assists for 12 points having started all 12 contests.
No less than 14 Lady Jackets were named Scholar-Athletes - juniors and senior, who maintain a minimum 3.40 cumulative grade point average.
That list includes Williams, Rose Anthony,
Anna Carrico, Alexis Hickey, Olivia Hoffman,
Marisa Hoober, Lauren Lichty,
Aleah Martone,
Bethany Murphy,
Taylor Noll, Sophie Norden,
Rachel Norton,
Sara Olivarez, and
Rachel Wiggins.
Cedarville posted an 8-3-1 record this spring and was the G-MAC Tournament runner-up.
