Addie Erslan tapped in a rebound from short range in the 99th minute to give Cedarville a 1-0 overtime win against visiting Lake Erie.
It's the third successive 1-0 result and the second straight in OT for the Lady Jackets, 3-2-1 overall and 3-0 G-MAC.
Mary Kate Wyer assisted on the winning goal when her shot went off the right foot of the Storm goalkeeper.
Erslan was waiting to knock in the rebound from six yards out for her first career goal.
Jocelyn Gross was called upon to make just one save in the nets.
Stinger Notes:
- The hosts outshot LEC 24-7 overall and 10-1 on goal.
- Corner kicks were 5-0 in favor of CU.
- Gross recorded the fourth clean sheet of her career.
- The defense extended its run of scoreless minutes to 287.
- Cedarville leads the all-time series, 5-0.
- The Jackets play at Lake Erie on Oct. 7.
