CHAMPIONSHIP INFO
FINDLAY, Ohio - No. 4 seed Findlay's size proved to be too much as the Oilers eliminated the No. 5 Lady Jackets, 77-62, in a G-MAC Tournament First Round game at Croy Gymnasium.
Cedarville ends the campaign at 17-12 overall.
Allison Mader produced one of her best games of the season. She made 8-of-10 shots from the field including all three of her attempts from beyond the arc to total 19 points.
Paige Garr registered 17 points and
Emily Chapman added 12.
The taller Oilers shot 53 percent from the field and outrebounded the visitors 40-28.
Stinger Notes:
- Mader also led the team with three assists and two steals.
- Each team committed 11 turnovers.
- Findlay shot 64 percent (16-of-25) in the second half.
- It was the 21st consecutive winning season in Cedarville women's basketball history.
- The Oilers won two-of-three games between the two rivals and lead the all-time series, 30-12.
