CEDARVILLE, Ohio - A new twist to the Cedarville University cross country schedules feature both home meets being run under the lights on back-to-back nights.

The All-Ohio Championship will be the first to go on Friday, Sept. 16 with the women's 5K at 8:15 p.m. followed by the men's 8K at 9:00.

The 32nd Annual Friendship Invitational will be staged the next night with a fun run, two middle school races, and four high school races on the docket.

The evening gets underway at 7:00 p.m. with the final race at 10:35.

Portable lights will be stationed around the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course with all runners wearing glow bands. The All-Ohio will be streamed on Stretch LIVE, weather permitting.

The Yellow Jackets return to the Wright State Classic to open the season on Sept. 2.

The women will compete in the Louisville Classic on Oct. 1 with the men going back to the Wilmington Classic on Oct. 14.

Both teams will run at Wisconsin-Parkside (Oct. 8), Alabama-Huntsville (Oct. 22), the G-MAC Championship (Nov. 5), and the Midwest Regional (Nov. 19).

The men and women have high hopes to qualify for the NCAA Division II Championships for the second consecutive year. The event will take place at University Place, Wash. on Dec. 3.
