HIGHLIGHTS
CANTON, Ohio -
Michael Payne's header late in the first half was all the Yellow Jackets needed in a 1-0 G-MAC result at Malone's Pioneer Park.
Jackson Isaacs unloaded one of his patented long throw-ins and Payne got his head on it in a crowd near the six-yard box.
He redirected it inside the right post in the 38th minute for his third goal of the season.
Jabari Gray made four saves for Cedarville, 8-3-3 overall and 5-2-3 G-MAC, recording his sixth shutout.
The Yellow Jackets improved to 3-0-2 in road games this fall.
It was also the 61st meeting between the two schools - the most against any opponent in program history. CU leads the series, 42-13-6.
