OWENSBORO, Ky. - It took six days, but Cedarville and Kentucky Wesleyan settled for a 2-2 draw after completing their suspended G-MAC contest.
The two sides played the first half on Sept. 27 which was halted by inclement weather at halftime and the Jackets holding a 2-1 lead.
The Panthers salvaged a point with an own goal in the 77th minute when a cross was deflected in by a CU defender.
On the originally scheduled date, KWC scored first in the eighth minute.
Cedarville responded with an unassisted goal by
Michael Payne in the 31st minute and a penalty kick by
Jackson Isaacs in the 43rd.
