Adaline Ziehmer struck out a career-high 11 batters and
Casey Bertke slugged a home run in each game as the Lady Jackets swept G-MAC foe Lake Erie.
Cedarville, 10-14 overall and 4-0 G-MAC, won 11-2 and 4-3 in the twinbill played at Mentor High School.
In the nightcap, Ziehmer, 3-3, allowed just one earned run during the Jackets' sixth consecutive victory.
Bertke had two hits and belted a two-run homer.
Faith Bergner doubled twice and
Camryn Taktak tallied two hits.
The visitors trailed the opener 2-0 before exploding for five runs in the sixth inning and six more in the seventh.
Kaley Clark hammered a grand slam and
Mariah Wallace slugged a three-run bomb.
Bertke, who drilled a solo shot, was the winning pitcher to improve to 6-5.
Bergner added two hits, two runs, and two RBI.
