ORLANDO, Fla. - The Lady Jackets opened their spring break tour with a convincing 6-1 win over John Carroll at the USTA National Campus.
Cedarville dropped just six games total in sweeping the doubles.
Pairings from top-to-bottom were
Abby Totten and
Payton Krahn,
Calista Bobula and
Faith Monson, and
Morgan McKinley and
Megan VanDyke.
The Jackets sealed the outcome by taking five of the six singles matches - all in straight sets.
Totten, Krahn, and Bobula were winners in the top three spots with other points nailed down by No 5
Joelle Petek and No. 6
Lauryn Leslie for CU, 4-4 overall.
