ORLANDO, Fla. - Spring Arbor outlasted the Lady Jackets, 4-3, in a women's tennis match at the USTA National Campus.
The Cougars took the doubles point and then the two teams split the six doubles matches - four of which were decided by a super tiebreaker.
Abby Totten and
Payton Krahn were 7-6 winners at No. 1 doubles with a 7-4 score in the tiebreaker.
Krahn went the distance at No. 2 singles 6-4, 2-6, 1-0 (10-1).
At No. 4 singles,
Faith Monson rallied for a 4-6, 7-5, 1-0 (10-8) victory while No. 5
Joelle Petek won in straight sets for CU, 5-5 overall.
