GEORGETOWN, Ky. - Cedarville split a pair of 5-2 women's tennis road results against Midway and Georgetown.
The Lady Jackets opened with a 5-2 win at Midway and took the early lead by grabbing the doubles point.
Winners were No. 2
Calista Bobula and
Faith Monson as well as No. 3
Delia Guzic and
Susannah Prince.
CU clinched the match with singles win by No. 2
Abby Totten, No. 4 Bobula, No. 5 Prince, and No. 6 Monson.
In the 5-2 setback at Georgetown, the host Tigers claimed the doubles point despite a win by No. 3 Guzic and Prince.
Singles points were garnered by No. 3 Guzic and No. 5 Monson - both in straight sets for Cedarville, 7-3 overall.
