TNU, now members of the Gulf South Conference, outshot the visitors 22-12 overall and 8-2 on goal.

The teams combined to attempt 19 corner kicks with eight credited to the Yellow Jackets.

It was the 22nd all-time meeting between the two schools in the series which began in 2012.
