CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville zipped up the fall campaign in style with a 6-1 victory over Lawrence Tech at the Johnson-Murdoch Tennis Complex.

The Yellow Jackets controlled the match from start to finish, sweeping all three doubles courts before taking five of six singles contests. The result lifted CU to 4-5 overall.

Roberto Esquivel set the tone at No. 1 singles with a convincing 6-1, 6-1 win, while
Logan DeHaven followed with a dominant performance at No. 2, earning a 6-1, 6-2 result.

Pedro Nogueira, and
Alexander Rongos also contributed straight-set victories to seal the team win.

Earlier in doubles play, the Jackets swept all three courts. Esquivel and Nogueira clinched a tight 7-6 (8-6) battle at the top spot, while the pairs of DeHaven/Issayev and Rongos/
Ryan Mecurio posted 6-2 wins to secure the doubles point.
