CSC DIVISION II ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICA® TEAM
CEDARVILLE, Ohio – Cedarville goalkeeper
Eben Dewhurst has been named to the 2025 CSC Division II Men's Soccer Academic All-America® Second Team.
The elite squad is selected by members of the College Sports Communicators.
The junior from Springfield, Ohio is just the seventh Yellow Jacket to be named an Academic All-American® in men's soccer.
Dewhurst carries a 3.68 grade point average as a sport business management major. Only one goalkeeper appears on each of the first, second, and third teams.
It was a banner year for Dewhurst and the Yellow Jackets, who enjoyed the first unbeaten regular season in the 63 year history of the program, finished 12-2-7, and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division II Championship.
He was named to the NCCAA All-America First Team and was the G-MAC Goalkeeper of the Year after tying the school record with ten shutouts and a 0.53 goals against average.
CSC Academic All-Americans® consist of juniors, seniors, and graduate students, who maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average.
