OWENSBORO, Ky. - Cedarville piled up 31 hits and doubled up Kentucky Wesleyan twice to begin G-MAC play at Foster Field.

The Lady Jackets took the twinbill by scores of 8-4 and 12-6 to extend their winning streak to three straight.

Rookie pitcher Maya Merrill went the distance in the first game with six strikeouts and no walks.

Jordan Berry, Mackenzie Lashuay, Ella Leonard, and Camryn Taktak recorded two hits apiece. Caitlin Colley tripled and scored two runs.

Cedarville totaled 18 hits in the nightcap with Leonard going 4-for-5 with a triple, three runs scored, and two RBI.

Dana Croyts had three hits including a triple and three runs while Emilie Fout added three hits and two runs batted in. Berry, Lashuay, and Anna Gardner chipped in two hits each.

Winning pitcher Kara Adkins, 3-3, tossed the first five innings and Emma Wylie cleaned up the last two frames for her second save.
