The contest was played indoors at the Westwood Tennis Center.

The Polar Bears took the opening point after winning all three doubles matches.

In singles, No. 1 Diana Ivanikhina pushed her record to 13-3 with another win.

The junior from Tajikistan pulled out a 6-3, 3-6, 1-0 (10-5) victory.

The remaining point came from No. 4 Faith Monson by a 6-2, 6-4 count.

Cedarville, 7-9, resumes G-MAC play on Friday at Walsh.
