MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Lady Jackets battled Northern Michigan for 90 minutes resulting in a 0–0 deadlock.
Cedarville produced seven total shots with five on frame, including two attempts from
Sophie Browndyke and a late strike by
Audrey Stanley that was saved.
The visitors' defense held firm, limiting the Wildcats to just one shot after halftime despite a flurry of corners in the opening period.

Anna Taylor posted four first-half saves to record the shutout.
The result moves Cedarville to 2-1-1 on the season while also marking the program's second shutout of the year. The Lady Jackets held a 5–4 edge in shots on frame.
It was just the second all-time meeting between the two programs.
