CAREER STATS
Tiera Martinelli is in her fourth season as a pole vaulter with the Cedarville University women’s track & field squad.....did not participate in the 2016 indoor campaign.....best vault of the outdoor season was a new career-best 10-10.25 effort to win the event at the Wilmington Invitational.....won the pole vault title at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Outdoor Championship with a 10-6 performance.....placed fifth in the pole vault at the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Outdoor Championship with a 10-4 outing.....G-MAC Outdoor First Team.
2015 - Captured the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Indoor Pole Vault title with a collegiate career-best 10-6 performance.....registered a personal-best indoor 10-2 effort at the G-MAC Championship to finish runner-up.....earned G-MAC Indoor First Team honors.....named to the G-MAC Outdoor Second Team.
2014 - Participated in just the indoor campaign.....produced vaults of 9-8 in both the Oiler Opener at the University of Findlay (7th-place) and the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Indoor Championships (15th-place).
High School - Three-year letter winner at Goshen High School.....two-time all-league selection.....set a personal record in the pole vault of 10-9.....two-year letter winner in basketball.
Personal - Mechanical engineering major at Cedarville University.....born 12/13/94 in Cincinnati, OH.....daughter of Russ and Dena Martinelli.....father played baseball at Milligan College.....has an older sister, a younger sister and a younger brother.
