2018-19
- NCCAA Indoor All-American as a member of the champion 4 x 400 meter relay team (3:25.07)
- Part of G-MAC Indoor championship distance medley relay (10:11.35) which rates fourth all-time at CU
- Turned in a career-best indoor 400 of 51.91 seconds at Grand Valley State
- Established outdoor PR’s in the 200 (23.59), 400 (51.08), and the javelin (154-6)
- Saw action in four cross country with a career-best 8K of 29:33 at the Wilmington Classic.
2017-18
- Established indoor PR in the 800 of 2:04.92 at Grand Valley State
- Ran a career-best outdoor 800 (2:07.76) at the Cedarville Collegiate
- Best time in the outdoor 400 was 52.21 at the Miami RedHawk Invitational
- Competed in five cross country meets with a season-best 8K was 30:40 at the Wilmington Classic
2016-17
- Participated in the 400 and 800 meter events during the indoor campaign
- Top effort in the 400 meters was a 53:69 at the Grand Valley State Big Meet
- Placed seventh in the 800 at Findlay with a time of 2:07.21
- Posted an outdoor season-best 53:46 in the 400 meters at Hanover
- Competed in the 800 (2:12.39) and 1,500 (4:33.50) at the Yellow Jacket Outdoor Open
