  • #2 runner during his first season with the Yellow Jacket cross country team
  • Career-best 8K of 24:33 to finish seventh overall at the All-Ohio Championship helping CU to fifth place
  • All-G-MAC First Team as team’s top finisher placing third overall in 26:49
  • Helped Jackets qualify for NCAA Division II Championship by finishing 28th in Midwest Regional in 32:43 for 10K
  • NCAA Outdoor qualifier for second straight year in the 3,000 meter steeplechase
  • G-MAC steeple runner-up with a career-best mark of 8:59.15
  • NCCAA Indoor All-American in the mile placing third with career-best 4:21.06 effort

2017
  • Sat out the 2017 cross country season, but produced an outstanding campaign on the track after transferring to Cedarville University

  • G-MAC steeplechase champion in a season-best 9:02.12

2016
  • Opened up the Nebraska cross country season at the Augustana Twilight finishing 14th with a time of 19:37.22 helping the Huskers take home the title
  • Placed 40th at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational (27:09.6) and was 94th at the Big Ten Championships (26:54.6)

2015
  • Competed in four regular season cross country meets and the Big Ten Championship as a freshman at Nebraska
  • Finished 92nd in the Big Ten (25:51.5) and was 11th in the University Division of the Augustana Twilight (20:37.34)
  • Earned a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall semester

High School
  • Graduated from Warrensburg High School where he was a four-time Missouri all-state cross country performer
  • Helped prep squad to four conference titles, a state championship in 2011, and a state runner-up finish in 2012
  • Three-time all-state track & field honoree, who won three conference individual titles in the 1,600 meters and two in the 3.200 meters
