  • Participated in six of the seven cross country meets during the 2023 campaign
  • Produced a memorable season finishing as Cedarville’s top runner in all six meets
  • Placed first of 356 runners with a career-best 5K time of 17:24 as the Lady Jackets were second of 41 schools at the Alabama-Huntsville Invite
  • Individual runner-up with a 6K time of 21:50.7 in Canton, Ohio as the Lady Jackets won their third straight Great Midwest Athletic Conference title
  • Clocked a career-best 20:08.8 6K outing to place second as Cedarville repeated as runner-up in the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championship in Evansville, Indiana 
  • Placed 21st overall in 20:29.3 (6K) as Cedarville finished tenth at the NCAA Division II Championships in Joplin, Missouri

  • Won the 800 meters with an indoor-best 2:24.37 at the Cedarville Collegiate Invite

  • Cedarville’s #4 finisher at the season-opening Hillsdale Invitational with a 6K time of 23:27
  • Posted 5K outings of 18:41 at the Louisville Classic and 19:23.5 at the Cedarville Open

  • Runner-up in the 5,000 meters (18:17.31) as Cedarville won the 2020 NCCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships for the third straight time
  • NCCAA All-American (5,000 meters)
  • Member of the third-place Distance Medley Relay (DMR) squad at the Cedarville Collegiate Indoor Invitational
  • Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the NCCAA Indoor Championships with a season-best 10:39.01 outing

  • Produced a time of 18:54.7 as Cedarville’s #6 finisher at the 5K Queens Challenge in Charlotte, North Carolina
