  • Produced a career-best 5K time of 17:20.6 as CU won the Queens Challenge in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Registered a season-best effort of 22:31.0 (6K) as Cedarville earned the G-MAC Championship banner

  • CU’s top finisher in each of the seven cross country races she participated in 
  • Took runner-up honors with a 5K time of 18:30.2 as CU brought home their twelfth overall NCCAA national title in Point Lookout, Missouri
  • Posted a personal-best time of 21:09.6 for the 6,000 meters to finish sixth overall at the G-MAC Championships in Pepper Pike, Ohio

  • Placed eighth of 132 participants at CU’s Friendship Invitational with 19:16.7 outing on the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course 5K layout
  • Recorded a season-best 22:33.9 (6K)  performance at the NCAA II Midwest Regional in Hillsdale, Michigan
  • Finished 13th of 117 runners with a time of 23:38.3 (6K) at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship (6K) in Canton, Ohio
  • Earned G-MAC Second Team honors
  • Totaled 54 individual indoor track & field points during the campaign
  • Top 3K effort of 10:12.05 was good for a third-place spot at the Cedarville Collegiate Invitational
  • Registered a season-best 5K performance of 17:39.95 at the GVSU Big Meet-Friday in Allendale, Michigan
  • Followed up with an indoor best mile outing of 5:11.49 at the GVSU Big Meet-Saturday
  • Produced 60 individual points during the outdoor season
