Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Brandon Tress returns for his final season to compete in the hurdles for the Yellow Jackets......NCCAA Outdoor All-American in the 400 meter hurdles placing 3rd in 55.74 seconds.....posted a career-best mark of 53.89 at Tiffin.....qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Championships and was clocked in 54.57 in the prelims.....placed 6th in the American Mideast Conference 110 meter hurdles in 15.70.....member of AMC champion 4 x 400 meter relay team.....NCCAA All-American indoors and outdoors in the 4 x 400.....NAIA and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.

2008 - AMC 110 meter hurdle champion with a career-best time of 14.90 seconds.....NCCAA Outdoor All-American in the 400 meter hurdles after finishing 3rd in a season-best mark of 54.60.....placed 3rd in the AMC 400 meter hurdles in 55.28 and was 5th in the NCCAA outdoor 110 meter hurdles in 15.34.....part of 4 x 400 meter relay team that qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Championship and turned in a season-best time of 3:18.24 in the prelims.....finished 4th in the NCCAA indoor 55 meter hurdles in a career-best 7.99 seconds and was 4th in the 400 meters in 51.59.....best time in the 400 was 51.57 at Capital.....qualified for the NAIA Indoor Championship in the 60 meter hurdles.

2007 - Placed 5th in the 110 meter hurdles at the AMC Championship in 16.23 seconds.....best time in the event was 15.87.....had a season-low time of 56.22 in the 400 meter hurdles and finished 6th at the NCCAA Outdoor Championship in 56.37.....posted indoor marks of 8.21 seconds in the 55 meter hurdles and 8.91 in the 60 meter hurdles.

High School - Four-year standout on the track during his prep career at Baptist Bible High School.....two-time state runner-up in the 300 meter hurdles with a career-best time of 38.67 seconds posted in the finals as a senior.....state runner-up in 2006 in the 110 meter hurdles with a personal-best mark of 14.67 seconds.....two-time district champion in both events.....graduated with school records in the 100, 200, 400, 110 hurdles, 300 hurdles, and 4 x 100 relay.....member of two league championship teams.....three-year letter winner in soccer and part of one conference title squad.....National Honor Society student.
