Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Kyle Kirby is in his fourth season with the Yellow Jackets.....posted an 8-7 record at #6 singles as a junior.....enters the year with a 16-18 career mark.....joined Kyle DeBoer, the only other senior on the squad this season, for six wins at #3 doubles.

2009 - Moved into the varsity line-up during sophomore campaign.....tallied an 8-10 record at #5 singles.....played at #3 doubles with a 10-8 mark.

2008 - Saw action in one singles match as a freshman.....registered a 3-0 mark in doubles with three different partners.

High School - Four-year letter winner in tennis at Shawnee High School.....produced an outstanding career and finished 19-1 at #2 singles as a senior.....part of sectional doubles championship pairing as a junior and senior.....three-time All-Clark County selection in doubles.....played four seasons of basketball and earned three letters on the hardwood.....three-time All-Central Buckeye Conference selection.....paced Clark County in three-point field goal percentage his final two seasons.....picked up all-county recognition as a senior and played in the District 9 All-Star Game.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Dean’s List student as an allied health major at Cedarville University.....born 7/14/88 in Springfield, OH.....son of Keith and Becky Kirby.....has two older sisters, who both graduated from the University.
