Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Zach Rost returns for his fourth season in the Yellow Jacket tennis program.....worked his way into the varsity line-up as a junior.....posted a 9-9 record at #6 singles.....has a 12-11 career mark.....split two doubles matches.

2008 - Participated in one varsity singles match during sophomore campaign.....notched a victory in his lone doubles appearance with Kyle Kirby.

2007 - Appeared in three varsity matches as a freshman with a 2-1 singles record.....picked up two doubles wins in three matches.

High School - Produced a three-sport career at Cedarville High School…..four-year letter winner in tennis…..three-time Team MVP…..achieved All-Area First Team and All-Ohio Heritage Conference First Team honors…..posted a 12-2 singles record as a senior…..joined twin brother, Jason, to become the only doubles team in school history to advance to the district tournament…..member of OHC championship team…..played four seasons of basketball with two letters for the Indians…..part of two district championship clubs and one league title team on the hardwood…..earned two letters in three seasons of football.

Personal - Dean’s List student as a sport management major at Cedarville University.....born 5/20/87 in Hinsdale, IL.....son of Dave and Barbara Rost.....older sister, Laura, and older brother, David, are both CU graduates…..twin brother, Jason, is also a senior at the University.
