Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Caitlyn (Mauch) Brooks comes back for her third and final campaign with the Lady Jackets.....transferred to Cedarville after her freshman season at Thomas More College (KY).....appeared in all 33 games last season with 32 starts…..averaged 8.8 points per game and 4.1 rebounds per contest…..second-best field goal percentage with a .491 mark…..added 50 assists and 30 steals…..notched double-figure points in six of the first eight games of the season…..hit double digit scoring in 13 games….tossed in a career-high 18 points in an AMC victory at Wilberforce…..grabbed a season-high 11 rebounds in a four-point AMC win at Point Park…..handed out five assists versus Daemen…..contributed 16 points, 13 rebounds and five assists in CU’s two games at the NAIA II national tournament…..earned NCCAA Midwest Region Second Team honors.

2008-09 - Appeared in 29 contests.....team’s sixth-leading scorer at 6.5 ppg.....squad’s fourth-best rebounder at 4.2 boards per contest.....registered a season-high 15 points against Notre Dame OH.....scored in double figures on five other occasions.....posted a double-double versus Wilberforce - 10 points and 12 rebounds.....dished out 32 assists on the year including a season-high four in the opening game of the 2008-09 campaign against Point Park.

2007-08 - Appeared in all 30 games for Thomas More.....registered 4.2 points and 2.6 rebounds per contest.....averaged over 13 minutes of action per game.....added 15 blocked shots and 27 assists.....Saints finished the campaign with a 29-1 record.

High School - Four-year letter winner in basketball at Alter High School.....two-time All-GGCL selection..... participated in the District 15 All- Star Game as a senior.....member of four consecutive district championship squads.....team earned regional runner-up during freshman season.

Personal - Social work major at Cedarville University.....born 11/6/87 in Kettering, OH.....married Josiah Brooks on June 13, 2009.....daughter of Larry and Lisa Mauch.....has one older brother......younger sister, Madelyn, is a sophomore at Pacific Union College (CA) and a member of the volleyball team.
