2016 - Ran in seven meets as a sophomore.....G-MAC Second Team with 10th place finish in 27:22 helping team to fifth straight title.....CU’s #1 runner in the All-Ohio Championship with a career-best 8K of 26:18.....team’s #5 runner in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional with a 10K mark of 32:52.....competed in the distance events during the indoor and outdoor track seasons.....NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.....G-MAC Academic Team.

2015 - Saw action in five meets as a freshman.....team’s #6 finisher on NCCAA championship squad with a season-best 8K of 26:28.....posted a 26:40 effort at the Lewis Cross-Over.....versatile on the track by competing in the 800 meters up to the 5,000.....earned a spot on the G-MAC Outdoor Third Team.....named to the G-MAC Outdoor Freshmen Team.

High School - Graduate of Grafton High School.....four-year letter winner in cross country.....two-time state qualifier.....best 5K mark was 16:08.....placed 3rd in the conference meet.....competed three seasons of track & field with three letters.....all-state in the 1,600 as a senior placing 6th in a career-best 4:23.95.....qualified for the state meet his final three seasons.....competed in the 2014 Penn Relays (4 x 800).....posted other PR’s of 1:59.24 (800) and 9:49 (3,200).....valedictorian of graduating class.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Dean’s List student as a computer engineering major at Cedarville University.....born 1/27/97 in Random Lake, WI.....son of Eric and Fay Weinhold.....father was a distance runner at Mississippi State from 1984-88.....has three younger sisters and two younger brothers.
