- G-MAC Indoor Third TeamĀ after placing third in the mile in a career-best 4:16.78
- Set a PR in the outdoor 1,500 (3:57.08) at the Baldwin Wallace Twilight
2017
- Ran in six meets as a junior and placed among the teamās top seven five times
- NCCAA All-American placing 10th in 26:23 for the 8K in helping team to runner-up finish
- Posted a career-best 26:21 in the All-Ohio Championship
- NCCAA Indoor All-American in the mile as the runner-up in a season-best 4:18.16 and placed fourth in the G-MAC Indoor in 4:20.55
- Established indoor PRās in the 800 (2:00.52) and 3K (8:45.77) as well as outdoor bests in the 800 (1:57.54) and 1,500 (3:58.27)
- Finished sixth in the G-MAC Outdoor 1,500 in 4:04.94
2016
- Competed in four varsity meets during the cross country season with a best 8K of 26:43 at the Lewis Cross-Over
- Placed sixth in the 3K at the Ohio Northern Indoor Invitational with a 9:02.29 performance
- Top effort in the indoor mile was a 4:23.78 at the Grand Valley State Big Meet
- Placed fifth in the 1,500 meters with a 4:05.05 effort at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship
- Best outdoor time in the 5K was 15:54.07 at the Marian Open

- Graduate of South Knox High School as a four-year letter winner in cross country and track & field
- Two-time Blue Chip Conference cross country champion and earned all-league recognition three times
- Sectional champion one year and three-time all-sectional honoree
- Selected all-regional three times and member of all-semi-state squad
- Helped lead team to four conference championships, three sectional crowns, and one regional title
- Achieved four letters in track & field and was the 800 meter sectional champion
- Picked up all-sectional awards in the 800; 1,600; and 4 x 800 relay
- Graduated with the school record in the 1,600 (4:25.80)
- Member of two Blue Chip Conference championship teams on the track and was a five-time all-conference performer
