- Participated in seven varsity cross country meets and was among the team’s top six finishers in the last six outings
- Turned in a career-best 8K of 25:17 as CU’s #4 runner at the All-Ohio Championship helping team to a fifth-place finish
- Placed 11th overall in the Friendship Invitational in 26:20.5
- Team’s #4 finisher in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional with a career-best 10K of 33:12.7
- NCCAA Indoor 5K All-American placed third in 15:46.83
- Established outdoor PR’s 800 (1:54.99), 1,500 (4:06.46), and 5K (15:35.86
2017
- Competed in four cross country meets as a sophomore placing 33rd in the G-MAC Championship in a season-best 8K of 26:50
- NCCAA Indoor All-American on the track in the distance medley relay as a member of third-place team (10:32.04)
- Posted indoor career bests in the 800 (1:59.42) and the mile (4:36.81)
- Participated in four events outdoors finishing 12th in the G-MAC 3K steeplechase in 10:09.06
2016
- Appeared in three cross country meets as a freshman with a best 8K of 27:49 at the Friendship Invitational
- Did not participate during the indoor track & field campaign
- Top finish in the outdoor season was second-place in the 5,000 meters (16:30.28) at the Muskingum Invitational
- Earned a ninth-place spot in the 1,500 with a season-best 4:15.55 at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship
- Fastest 800 was 2:02.92 in the Yellow Jacket Open
High School
- Homeschool graduate, who was a three-sport athlete at Scarborough High School
- Four-year letter winner in cross country and member of 2014 and 2015 Maine Class A State Champions
- Earned three letters in four seasons on the outdoor track and one more letter in two years indoors
