NCCAA Scholar-Athlete and G-MAC Academic Team

2017

Competed in all seven meets in his first season as a Yellow Jacket and was among CU’s top seven finishers each time
NCCAA All-American for national runner-up team placing eighth in a career-best 8K of 26:09
Finished 58th in the All-Ohio Championship in 26:11 and clocked in 33:12 for the 10K in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional to place 57th
Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor track seasons

2016

Notched a 27:30.7 for the 8K in his debut for NCAA Division I Richmond at the High Point VertCross Invitational
Turned in a time of 26:51.3 as one of the Spiders’ top-five finishers at the Atlantic 10 Championship
Clocked in 33:23.9 at the NCAA Southeast Regional and finished 68th at the USATF Senior Men’s Cross Country Championship

Produced a successful four-sport prep career at Edgewood High School
Four-year letter winner in cross country and a member of two conference championship teams
Four-time all-conference honoree and three-time team captain
Won first 11 cross country races during senior season en route to qualifying for the Ohio State Championships for the first time
