- Finished among team’s top four in all three cross country meets
- All-G-MAC Second Team placing 16th overall in season-best 8K of 26:04
- Placed fifth at Rio Grande (26:15) and 10th at Taylor (26:09)
- Finished fifth in the G-MAC Indoor 5K in a career-best 15:08.83
- Won the Ohio Wesleyan 3K with a PR mark of 8:49.40
- Came in fourth in the G-MAC Outdoor 10K with a career-best 31:14.26
- Posted PR’s in the 800 (1:57.55) at Lee and 1,500 (3:59.89) at Taylor
- Third place 5K time of 14:49.69 at Miami was a PR
2019-20 (Junior)
- NCCAA All-American for national championship team
- Placed fourth as team’s #2 finisher in 26:41 for the 8,000 meters
- Established a PR of 25:32 at the Queens Challenge
- Finished 22nd at the G-MAC Championship in 25:40
- Crossed the line fourth in the mile (4:22.68) at the NCCAA Indoor Championship
- Set a new career indoor best in the 3K of 8:52.21 at the G-MAC Championship
2018-19 (Sophomore)
- Saw action in six varsity meets and placed among the team’s top five each time
- Posted a season-best of 26:31 at the Rock Pre-National placing 38th of 305 competitors
- Finished 17th in the G-MAC in 27:23 and was 36th in the Midwest Regional in 32:59.5 for the 10K
- Part of NCAA Division II Championship team that placed 24th and was squad’s #4 finisher
- NCCAA Indoor Mile Champion in a personal-best 4:19.80 to earn All-America recognition
- Set other indoor PR’s in the 800 (1:58.37), 3K (9:06.11), and 5K (15:12.66)
- G-MAC Indoor Third Team placing third in 15:14.58
- Set an out PR in the 1,500 of 4:00.74 at Centre
2017-18 (Freshman)
- Ran in six varsity cross country meets and finished among the team’s top seven on four occasions
- Made his collegiate debut as CU’s #3 runner at the Queen City Invite 5K in 16:00
- Fastest 8K was 26:44 to place 14th in the Friendship Invitational
- Finished 32nd in the G-MAC Championship in 26:47 and was 19th in the NCCAA Championship in 26:51 for runner-up squad
- Sat out the indoor track season, but competed in four outdoor meets
- Established season bests in the 800 (2:06.16); 1,500 (4:10.18); and 5K (15:59.92)
High School
- Produced a three-sport prep career at Bonny Eagle High School
- Earned four letters in indoor track & field and three letters on the outdoor track
- Placed third in the mile at the Class A Indoor State meet as a senior
- Also member of the third-place 4 x 800 meter relay squad at the state indoor event
- Earned all-conference honors in the indoor mile and two mile during senior campaign
- Produced a runner-up finish in the 1,600 meters at the Class A Outdoor State meet
