2015 - Ran in all seven meets as a sophomore and finished among the team’s top three every time.....NCCAA All-American placing 9th in 25:34 to lead squad to national title.....G-MAC First Team with 4th place performance in 26:50.....finished 55th of 215 in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional in a career-best 32:39 for the 10K.....posted an 8K PR of 25:12 at the Lewis Cross-Over which placed 13th.....came in 29th of 647 in the All-Ohio Championship in 25:19.....outstanding year on the track.....CU’s first-ever NCAA Division II Outdoor All-American after finishing 8th in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 9:03.95.....NCCAA Outdoor Champion in the 4 x 800 meter relay in a school-record time of 7:35.94.....NCCAA Indoor Champion in the mile run.....NCCAA Indoor All-American in the 800 meters and the mile.....USTFCCCA Division II Outdoor All-American in the steeple.....USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region in the mile and Outdoor All-Region in the 1,500 and steeple.....G-MAC Indoor Champion in the 3,000 meters.....G-MAC Outdoor 1,500 meter Champion.

2014 - Produced a successful rookie season with the Yellow Jackets.....one of three runners to compete in all seven cross country meets.....G-MAC First Team honoree after placing 6th in 26:18.....finished 14th at Carnegie Mellon in a season-low 8K time of 26:09.....placed 15th in the Friendship Invitational in 26:52.....team’s #2 finisher in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional in 32:43 for the 10K.....NCCAA Indoor All-American on the track in the mile and distance medley relay.....NCCAA Outdoor Champion in the steeplechase in 9:03.06.....named to the USTFCCCA Division II Outdoor Region Team in the event.....G-MAC Indoor First Team with a win in the 3,000 meters.....G-MAC Outdoor First Team following a victory in the steeple.....G-MAC Freshmen Team both indoors and outdoors.

High School - Outstanding prep career at Xenia High School after picking up distance running his junior year.....two-year letter winner.....two-time Greater Western Ohio Conference South Runner of the Year.....led team to a pair of conference championships.....twice named the team’s MVP.....holds the school’s 5K cross country record at 16:20.....earned a letter in his only season of track & field.....Team MVP.....set XHS records in the 1600, 3200, 4 x 400, and distance medley.....GWOC South champion in the 1600 and 3200.....played three seasons of baseball with two letters.....achieved one letter in three years of basketball.....graduated with academic honors.

Personal - Exercise science major at Cedarville University.....born 9/10/95 in Chattanooga, TN.....son of Morris and Kelly Michalski.....both parents played college athletics.....has four siblings who have participated in athletics at Grace College.....older sister, Bethany, was a four-year volleyball player; older sister, Meredith, played one season; and younger sister, Deborah, is a sophomore with the Lancers.....older brother, Morgan, played four years of basketball at Grace.
