2024-25 (Junior)
- Participated in three varsity cross country meets
- Best 8K of the fall was 26:57.6 at the Wilmington Classic for the champion Yellow Jackets
- Timed in 27:08.9 in the All-Ohio and 27:33.1 at the G-MAC Championship
- Indoor season included a 9:06.67 in the 3,000 meters at Ashland and a 4:36.39 mile at Cedarville Collegiate Indoor
- Ran 8:56.60 in the 3,000 meters at the Wittenberg Invitational (7th place)
- Member of CU’s distance medley relay that placed fifth (10:50.80) at the NCCAA Indoor Championship

- Placed fourth in the NCCAA Indoor mile with a career-best 4:24.79
- Finished sixth in the NCCAA Indoor 3K in 8:51.03
- Set an indoor 3K PR of 8:35.75 at the G-MAC Championship
- Competed in six meets during the outdoor circuit
- Established PR’s in the 800 (2:01.70); 1,500 (4:15.46); and 5K (15:10.93)
- Participated in five varsity meets during rookie season
- Made his collegiate debut as team’s #6 finisher at the Wright State 5K in 15:54.8
- Posted a season-best 8K of 25:31.8 to place 45th of 438 runners in the All-Ohio Championship

- Four-year letter winner in both cross country and track & field
- Three-time All-Ohio Division III in cross country
- Placed third in the state individually as a senior in 2021 in a 5K PR of 15:49.5
- Finished 11th (16:11.6) in the 2020 state meet and 12th (16:30.2) in 2019
- Two-time district champion and three-time Wayne County Athletic League champion
- Two-time All-Ohio Division II on the track in the 3,200 meters
- Finished seventh in the state meet as both a senior (9:23.09) and junior (9:45.42)
- District and conference champion in the 1,600 and 3,200
- Played four seasons of basketball and earned two letters
