Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Joel Dennison is in his fourth season with the Yellow Jackets.....appeared in four varsity meets as a junior.....All-G-MAC Second Team placing 13th in 27:15 for the 8K.....turned in a career-best 26:53 in the NCCAA Championship to finish 41st of 231.....distance runner on the track.....G-MAC runner-up in the 5,000 meters for all-conference second team recognition.....G-MAC Academic Team.

2012 - Made three varsity appearances during sophomore campaign.....placed 73rd in the Friendship Invitational in 28:41.....did not participate in track & field.

2011 - Participated in five varsity meets as a freshman.....season-best time was 28:31 in the Friendship Invitational.....clocked in 28:57 in the Ohio Independent Championship.....distance runner on the track team.

High School - Participated in cross country four years and earned two varsity letters at Caledonia High School.....ran to all-conference performance as a senior.....helped lead team to league title.....school qualified for state meet junior and senior year.....competed in track & field four years with two letters.....member of conference championship team.....achieved academic all-state recognition.

Personal - Electrical engineering major at Cedarville University.....born 2/24/93 in Grand Rapids, MI.....son of Brittney and Luella Dennison.....has one younger brother.
