2018
- Appeared in four varsity meets with a season-best 8K of 28:28 at the Rock Pre-Nationals
- Established a personal-best 9:43.10 in the 3K steeplechase in the G-MAC Championship to place eighth
- NCCAA Scholar-Athlete and G-MAC Academic Team
2017
- Ran in five varsity meets and led team at the Wilmington Classic in a career-best 8K of 26:51 to place 24th of 329 competitors
- Finished 33rd in the Friendship Invitational in 27:26
- NCCAA Indoor All-American on the track in the distance medley relay as member of quartet that placed third in 10:32.04
- Set a PR in the indoor mile (4:27.28) with a season-best mark in the 3K steeplechase (9:45.18)
- G-MAC Academic Team
2016
- Saw action in five cross country meets as a freshman with an 8K best of 27:12 at the Wilmington Classic
- Produced a solid rookie season on the track in 2017 participating in five indoor meets
- G-MAC Indoor First Team as a member of the winning distance medley relay squad (10:46.36)
- Competed in the mile three times with a season-best 4:36.39 at Grand Valley State
- G-MAC Outdoor Third Team placing third in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a 9:57.52 effort
- Won the steeple at the Muskingum Invitational in 10:18.47 and was clocked in 10:13.03 in the All-Ohio Championship
- Named to the G-MAC Freshmen Team both indoors and outdoors
High School
- Four-year letter winner and team captain in cross country and track & field at Northwest Christian High School
- Member of 2014 and 2015 state championship cross country teams
- Placed sixth in the state as a senior and 10th as a junior
- Finished eighth in the state 800 meters on the track in each of his final two seasons
- Placed third in the 2-mile and fourth in the mile as a senior
- Graduated with academic honors
