- Participated in all three cross country meets
- Team’s #5 finisher and 27th overall at the G-MAC Championship in season-best 26:37
- Competed in five indoor meets running the mile each time
- Placed fourth at Hillsdale in a season-best 4:34.75
- Participated in six outdoor meets in the 1,500 and 5,000
- Fastest times were in the G-MAC Outdoor 1,500 (4:04.12) and the Miami 5K (15:34.53)
2019-20 (Sophomore)
- NCCAA All-American placing fifth in 26:41 for national title squad
- Ran in all seven varsity meets with an 8K PR of 25:39 at the Queens Challenge
- Placed 25th at the G-MAC Championship in 25:42
- Team’s #4 finishers at the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional in 33:46 for the 10K
- NCCAA Indoor champion in the mile in a career-best 4:19.10
2018-19 (Freshman)
- Competed in six varsity cross country meets during freshman campaign
- Led team with a season-best 8K of 26:15.7 to place 37th of 369 runners
- CU’s #6 finishers at the Rock Pre-National Meet in 27:06
- NCCAA Indoor All-American in the 5K as runner-up in 15:42.77
- Turned in a season-best indoor 5K at Grand Valley State of 15:36.45
- Fastest 3K was 8:50.69 at the G-MAC Indoor Championship
- Established outdoor PR’s in the 1,500 (4:02.90) and 5,000 (15:08.77)
High School
- Four-year letter winner in cross country at Black River High School
- All-state honoree as a senior placing 13th in the Ohio Division II Championship in 16:12.4 for the 5K
- Also placed 13th in the 2016 DII Championship in 16:05.1 for all-state honors
- 2017 conference cross country Runner of the Year
- Three-year letter winner in track & field
- Played four seasons of basketball with one letter and participated in baseball two years
