Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Former Yellow Jacket player Matt George is in his first season on the men’s soccer coaching staff.

George, a native of Galloway, Ohio, performed at CU from 2005 through 2008 and started at midfield during his final two years. He appeared in 45 matches total in his career with 21 starts scoring five goals and five assists.

George was a member of the 2006 NCCAA Midwest Region championship team. Cedarville finished that season as the national runner-up.

George has worked the Yellow Jacket Soccer Camp and served as a volunteer coach for Street Soccer 945 in Charlotte, N.C. Matt is a 2009 graduate of Cedarville University with a degree in graphic design.
