Biography
Kyle DeBoer is a four-year player with the Yellow Jackets.....one of only two seniors on the roster along with Kyle Kirby.....played primarily at #4 singles as a junior with four victories.....enters the season with a 28-27 career mark.....joined Kirby for six wins at #3 doubles.....NAIA and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.
2009 - Played at #3 singles as a sophomore with an 11-8 record to improve to 24-12 for his career.....tallied a 9-9 mark at #2 doubles with Caleb Speicher.
2008 - Garnered extensive varsity experience as a freshman.....turned in a 13-4 record at #6 singles.....rallied for a three-set victory against Walsh in the NAIA Region IX Tournament.....teamed with Derek Hostetter at #3 doubles for a 7-6 mark.....had an 8-8 overall record in doubles.
High School - Played three years of tennis at Forest Hills Eastern High School.....three-year letter winner at the #3 singles position.....member of two conference championship teams.
Personal - Pre-seminary Bible major at Cedarville University.....born 7/23/88 in Grand Rapids, MI.....son of Keith and Cheryl DeBoer.....married wife, Rebekah, on Aug. 14, 2010.....has two older sisters and a younger brother.
