2019-20
- NCCAA All-American in cross country placing tenth in the national meet in 27:10
- Helped lead the Yellow Jackets to the NCCAA title
- Placed 33rd in the G-MAC in a career-best 8K of 26:05
2018-19
- Set an indoor track PR of 9:12.72 in the 3K (9:12.72) at the Cedarville Collegiate
- Established outdoor bests in the 1,500 (4:18.35) at Denison and 10K (33:40.70) in the G-MAC Championship
- Saw action in five varsity cross country meets including the NCAA Division II Championship
- Cedarville’s #3 finisher at the NCAA with a 10K time of 35:22.2
- Turned in a season-best 8K of 26:06.0 at the All-Ohio as Team #7 runner helping CU to fifth-place showing
2017-18
- Ran the distance events on the track placing eighth in the NCCAA Indoor 5K in 16:17.72
- Competed in the distance events during the outdoor season
- Best 5K was 15:55.38 at Otterbein and fastest 10K was 35:00.45 at the G-MAC Championship
- Appeared in four varsity meets as a sophomore with a season-best 8K of 27:54 at the G-MAC Championship
2016-17
- Finished eighth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:55.44 at the G-MAC Indoor Championship
- PR in the 5K was 15:53.67 at Grand Valley State with a season-best 3K effort of 9:14.81 at Ohio Northern
- Placed 10th in the 10,000 meters at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship in a season-best 34:21.39
- Registered outdoor PR’s in the 1,500 (4:18.48) at Otterbein and in the 5K (15:54.08) at Hanover
- Ran in four varsity cross country meets placing 20th in the G-MAC as Cedarville’s #6 performer in 27:46
- Turned in a season-best 27:31 at the Lewis Cross-Over

- Achieved four letters in cross country at Mascenic Regional High School
- Three-time selection to the New Hampshire Cross Country All-Star Team
- Member of 2014 Division III State Championship squad and placed 3rd individually in the state meet during junior and senior years
- Two-time cross country Team MVP with a career-best 5K of 16:15
- Qualified for the 2015 New England Cross Country Championship
- School’s Male Athlete of the Year as a senior
