  • Earned All-G-MAC Cross Country Second Team honors placing 15th in 25:19.9
  • Trevecca Division II Showcase individual champion in 26:08.2
  • Recorded an 8K best 24:45.7 at the Queens Challenge
  • Finished 48th in the Midwest Regional in a career-best 32:02.2 for the 10K
  • Team’s #4 runner at the NCAA Division II Championship in 34:28.0

2020-21 (Senior)
  • Finished fifth in the G-MAC Indoor 5K in a career-best 15:08.83
  • Won the Ohio Wesleyan 3K with a PR mark of 8:49.40
  • Came in fourth in the G-MAC Outdoor 10K with a career-best 31:14.26
  • Posted PR’s in the 800 (1:57.55) at Lee and 1,500 (3:59.89) at Taylor

2018-19 (Sophomore)
  • NCCAA Indoor Mile Champion in a personal-best 4:19.80 to earn All-America recognition
  • Set other indoor PR’s in the 800 (1:58.37) and 5K (15:12.66) both at Grand Valley State, and 3K (9:06.11) at Otterbein
  • G-MAC Indoor Third Team placing third in the 5,000 meters in  15:14.58
  • Set an outdoor PR in the 1,500 of 4:00.74 at Centre
  • Saw action in six varsity cross country meets and placed among the team’s top five each time
  • Posted a season-best 8K of 26:31 at the Rock Pre-National placing 38th of 305 competitors
  • Finished 17th in the G-MAC in 27:23 and was 36th in the Midwest Regional in 32:59.5 for the 10K
  • Part of NCAA Division II Championship team that placed 24th and was squad’s #4 finisher

2017-18 (Freshman)
  • Sat out the indoor track season as a freshman, but competed in four outdoor meets
  • Established season bests in the 800 (2:06.16) at Otterbein; 1,500 (4:10.18); and 5K (15:59.92) both at Miami
  • Ran in six varsity cross country meets and finished among the team’s top seven on four occasions
  • Made his collegiate debut as CU’s #3 runner at the Queen City Invite 5K in 16:00
  • Fastest 8K was 26:44 to place 14th in the Friendship Invitational
