Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Dylan McKevitt returns for his second year with the Yellow Jackets.....appeared in three varsity cross country meets in the fall.....turned in a career-best 8K mark of 28:05 in the Friendship Invitational.

2011-12 - Distance runner during the indoor and outdoor seasons.....fastest indoor mile was 4:49.72 at Youngstown State.....competed in the 1,500 (4:22.58) and 5,000 (16:26.0) outdoors.....participated in five varsity cross country meets as a rookie.....best time was 29:19 at the Ohio Independent Championship.

High School - Three-year letter winner in cross country at Negaunee High School.....earned Division I all-state and academic all-state recognition three times.....selected to the All-Upper Peninsula Cross Country Team his final three years.....four-year letter winner in track & field.....three years all-state and academic all-state.....valedictorian of graduating class.

Personal - Dean’s List student as a geology major at Cedarville University.....born 9/23/92 in Marquette, MI.....son of Michael and Corinna McKevitt.....has one younger brother.
