  • Competed in three meets during the cross country season
  • Finished 42nd of 153 competitors in the Wright State 5K in 15:53.5
  • Turned in a career-best 8K of 26:45.8 to place 43rd of 248 at the Wilmington Classic
 
2023-24 (Sophomore)
  • Focused on the 3K indoors with a season-best time of 8:57.34 at the Wittenberg Invite
  • Ran the 3,000 meter steeplechase in four outdoor meets
  • Set a PR in the steeple of 9:40.57 to place fourth at the Otterbein Twilight
  • Opened the cross country season at the Wright State 5K as the team’s #7 finisher in 16:20.4
  • Only other appearance was the G-MAC Championship with an 8K time of 28:00.4
