2020-21 (Junior)

- Placed fourth at Hillsdale in a season-best 4:34.75

2019-20 (Sophomore)
- NCCAA Indoor champion in the mile in a career-best 4:19.10
- Timed in a career-best indoor 5K mark of 15:23.78 at Grand Valley State
- NCCAA All-American in cross country for national title team placing fifth in 26:41
- Competed in seven meets and was among the team’s top four finishers four times
- Turned in a career-best 8K of 25:39 at the Queens Challenge to place 78th of 545 runners
- Came in 25th at the G-MAC Championship in 25:42
2018-19 (Freshman)
- NCCAA Indoor All-American in the 5,000 meters as the runner-up in 15:42.77
- Turned in a season-best indoor 5K at Grand Valley State of 15:36.45
- Fastest 3K was 8:50.69 at the G-MAC Indoor Championship
- Established outdoor PR’s in the 1,500 (4:02.90) at Centre and 5,000 (15:08.77) at Miami
- Competed in six varsity cross country meets during freshman campaign

- CU’s #6 finisher at the Rock Pre-National Meet in 27:06

- All-state honoree as a senior placing 13th in the Ohio Division II Championship in 16:12.4 for the 5K
- Also placed 13th in the 2016 DII Championship in 16:05.1 for all-state honors
