- NCAA Outdoor qualifier for the second straight year in the 3,000 meter steeplechase
- USTFCCCA Division II Outdoor All-Region Team in the steeple
- G-MAC steeple runner-up with a career-best mark of 8:59.15
- NCCAA Indoor All-American in the mile placing third with career-best 4:21.06 effort
- Member of DMR championship team at the G-MAC Indoor
- G-MAC Indoor First Team and G-MAC Outdoor Second Team on the track
- #2 runner during his first season with the Yellow Jacket cross country team

2017-18
- Sat out the 2017 cross country season, but produced an outstanding campaign on the track after transferring to Cedarville University
- USTFCCCA Division II All-America Second Team in the steeplechase placing 10th at the NCAA Championship in 9:13.85
- Turned in a time of 9:05.49 in the NCAA prelims
- USTFCCCA Division II Outdoor Midwest Region Team
- G-MAC steeplechase champion in a season-best 9:02.12
- Ohio State Jesse Owens Classic steeplechase champion in 9:07.29
- NCCAA Indoor All-American after winning the 3,000 meters in 8:40.77
- Posted career-best 3K of 8:33.76 at Grand Valley State

2016
- Opened up the Nebraska cross country season at the Augustana Twilight finishing 14th with a time of 19:37.22 helping the Huskers take home the title
- Placed 40th at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational (27:09.6) and was 94th at the Big Ten Championships (26:54.6)
2015
- Competed in four regular season cross country meets and the Big Ten Championship as a freshman at Nebraska
- Finished 92nd in the Big Ten (25:51.5) and was 11th in the University Division of the Augustana Twilight (20:37.34)
- Earned a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall semester
High School
- Graduated from Warrensburg High School where he was a four-time Missouri all-state cross country performer
- Helped prep squad to four conference titles, a state championship in 2011, and a state runner-up finish in 2012
- Three-time all-state track & field honoree, who won three conference individual titles in the 1,600 meters and two in the 3.200 meters
- Prep team captured a pair of conference track & field titles
