Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Breanna Hughes is in her second season with the Lady Jacket softball team.....appeared in 29 of the 54 games last year including 24 starts at catcher.....batted .204 with 10 hits in 49 at bats.....added a pair of doubles and four runs batted in.....posted a team-best .994 fielding percentage - tied for second-best all-time in a single-season at CU.....recorded a third-best 132 putouts.....registered a team-high seven assists in a Great Midwest Athletic Conference game at Trevecca Nazarene.

High School - Produced a three-sport career at Tinora High School.....four-year letter winner in softball.....member of a Green Meadows Conference championship squad.....two-time All-GMC First Team honoree....earned all-conference second team recognition.....two-year letter winner in volleyball.....All-GMC First Team performer.....earned two letters in basketball.

Personal - Youth ministry major at Cedarville University.....born 5/30/95 in Defiance, OH.....daughter of Jay and Stacy Hughes....has two older brothers - one of which, Jeremy, was a two-year member of the bowling team at the University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH).
