Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Danielle Wolgamot is in her fourth season with the Cedarville University softball squad.....appeared in 40 games with 37 starts including 14 in the circle.....batted a sixth-best .337.....scored eight runs while contributing six RBI’s.....added five doubles.....stole nine bases in 10 attempts.....produced a nine-game hitting streak last spring.....registered three-hit games in two Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) contests against Ursuline.....topped the CU pitching staff with a 2.61 earned run average which ranked sixth in the G-MAC.....posted an 8-9 record with 34 strikeouts in 94 innings of work.....recorded nine complete games including a pair of shutouts.....allowed four hits and tallied six strikeouts in a complete-game 1-0 shutout win over G-MAC foe Ohio Valley at Lady Jacket Field.....tied for sixth all-time at Cedarville in winning percentage (.571) and ranks tenth all-time with a 3.07 earned run average.....NCCAA National All-Tournament Team.....G-MAC Pitcher of the Year.....G-MAC First Team.....NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.....G-MAC Academic Team.

2016 - Appeared in 57 games with 54 starts including 43 in the outfield and seven in the circle.....tied for third-best batting average of .305.....led team with five home runs, 30 runs scored and 35 runs batted in.....added eight stolen bases in nine attempts.....tied for the team lead in multiple RBI games with 11 including a pair of four-RBI efforts.....tied for second on the squad with 13 multiple hit contests.....went 3-for-3 at the plate in two separate Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) games against Alderson Broaddus.....recorded four-RBI performances in an 8-0 win over Alderson Broaddus at Lady Jacket Field and in a 12-4 league win over visiting Ohio Valley.....ranked ninth in the G-MAC with 35 RBI’s.....registered a 5-2 mark with a 4.70 earned run average as a member of the pitching staff.....worked 44 2/3 innings with 12 strikeouts and four complete games.....tossed a 7-inning complete game victory in a 9-4 decision over G-MAC foe Alderson Broaddus.....fired a 7-inning complete game in a 5-4 win over Kentucky Wesleyan in the losers’ bracket final of the G-MAC Tournament.....currently ranks third all-time at CU with 11 home runs.....G-MAC Academic Team.

2015 - Appeared in 54 of the 61 games including 48 starts.....recorded a .299 batting average including a second-best six home runs.....added five doubles and one triple.....drove home a season-high five runs including a grand slam HR in an early season 12-5 setback to Southern New Hampshire.....knocked in four runs including a tie-breaking two-run homer in the eighth inning to give CU an 11-9 win over Mary to wrap up the opening day of the Spring Break trip in oftlineClermont, Florida.....six home runs rank second all-time to teammate Nicole Davis (9) in a single season and is tied for seventh all-time career at CU.....21 walks in 2015 is tenth all-time in a single season.....made six appearances with two starts in the circle.....posted a team-leading 1.93 earned run average to go with a 3-1 record.....tossed first collegiate win in a seven-inning complete game 7-1 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) verdict over visiting Ursuline - allowed one earned run and six hits with two K’s.....National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Midwest Region Team.....NCCAA Midwest Region All-Tournament.

High School - Four-year letter winner in softball at Granville High School.....member of district and regional championship teams in 2013.....garnered All-Ohio honorable mention recognition as a senior.....earned All-Ohio Second Team honors during junior season.....four-time all-region first team selection.....four-time Mid-State All-League First Team performer.....three-time Team Most Valuable Player.....team captain......earned team’s Sportsmanship Award in 2013.....member of the Stingrays travel club softball program.
