Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Jenna Fox returns for her final campaign with the Lady Jacket softball program.....started all 46 games during the 2009 season.....team’s second-leading hitter with a .319 mark.....tied for second on the squad in hits (43), doubles (13) and RBI’s (21).....registered a second-best .452 slugging pct.....all-time career leader in fielding with a .985 tally.....tied for eighth all-time with 22 career doubles.....handled 322 chances in the field - second highest ever in a single season.....recorded a team-high seven-game hitting streak.....delivered three hits and three RBI’s in a 7-1 win against King’s in the second game of the season.....also knocked in three runs in a 5-4 win over Saint Anselm during the spring break trip....member of the NCCAA Midwest Region Team.....earned American Mideast Conference honorable mention.

2008 - Started all 42 games at first base.....led team in hitting with a .323 average.....added eight doubles, 16 runs scored and 49 total bases.....posted the third-best single season fielding percentage in CU softball history with a .991 mark.....went 3-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI in a victory over Hannibal LaGrange.....recorded 11 multiple-hit games.....named to the NCCAA Midwest Region and All-Tournament Teams.....AMC South Division Second Team selection.

2007 - Appeared in all 39 games with 38 starts at first base.....batted .241 with 16 runs scored.....added a double and six RBI’s.....went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI against Geneva.....led the squad with a .983 fielding percentage.

High School - Produced a two-sport career at Linfield Christian High School.....earned four letters in softball.....three-time all-league and all-valley performer.....all-CIF honors in 2004.....named Player of the Year in 2005.....listed as one of California’s "Top Five Players to Watch" in 2005.....twice earned Captain’s Leadership Award.....played four years of soccer.....member of league championship squad in 2004.....garnered all- league, all-CIF and all-valley honors.....led team in scoring three of four seasons..... named Linfield HS Sports Woman of the Year in 2006.....president of student council.

Personal - Integrated social studies education major as a Dean’s List student at Cedarville University.....born 12/17/88 in Torrance, CA..... daughter of Jim and Jeanette Fox.....has two older sisters: Nicole played softball at Marist College (NY) while Natalie holds numerous pitching records from her four year career at Cedarville (2000-04).
