Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Lauryn Robinson is in her third season with the Lady Jacket basketball team after transferring to Cedarville from Wayne State University (Mich.).....one of three players to appear in all 30 games.....started 29 contests.......led team in rebounding with 7.8 boards per game.....squad’s sixth-leading scorer with 5.6 points per game.....third-best field goal percentage (.464).....tallied a career-high 13 points in a non-conference wins over visiting Salem International and at Oakland City.....also scored in double figures versus Notre Dame OH and Urbana.....registered career-high 13 rebounds on two occasions - in a non-league win over Wilberforce and a non-conference loss to DII Indianapolis.....grabbed 11 rebounds in three consecutive games.....produced three double-doubles during the season.....National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Scholar-Athlete.....Great Midwest Athletic Conference Academic Team member.

2011-12 - Appeared in 31 of 32 games including 22 starts in the post during the campaign.....averaged a sixth-best 6.3 points per contest and a second-best 4.6 rebounds per game.....second on the team with 16 blocked shots including three during a 91-40 win at Wilberforce.....top offensive effort of the season was 12 points in a 78-66 victory at Central State.....tallied double figures in six other games....registered a double-double of 11 points and a career-high 12 rebounds in the opening round of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Tournament - a 69-60 win over Roberts Wesleyan.

2010-11 - Appeared in 22 games with seven starts for the NCAA Division II Warriors..... averaged 3 points and 2.5 rebounds per game..... scored a season-high nine points versus Kentucky Wesleyan.....brought down a season-high six boards against Lake Superior State.....fifth on the team in rebounding with 55.....handed out a season-best three assists versus Northern Michigan.....named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for fall 2010 and winter 2011.

High School - Earned four varsity letters in basketball for the Washington High School Blue Lions.....named to the Ohio Division II honorable mention all-state team as a senior after averaging 13 points per game.....voted to the 2010 Associated Press Division II All-Southeast District Second Team after earning third team honors as a junior.....scored 20 points with 11 rebounds in 2010 sectional championship game.....averaged nine points, eight rebounds and tow blocked shots per game as a junior to earn all-conference first team honors & all-district third team recognition.....three-year letter winner in tennis.....three-time all-conference performer..... 2010 Academic All-Ohio.....four-year Scholar-Athlete honoree.

Personal - Dean’s List student as an early childhood education major at Cedarville University.....born 5/4/92 in Hillsboro, OH.....daughter of Robert and Lisa Robinson.....father played soccer at Kentucky Christian University and mother was a basketball player at KCU.....has an older sister and a younger brother.
