2021-22 (Junior)
  • Participated in three of the seven varsity cross country meets in the fall season
  • Recorded a career-best 5K outing of 18:59.6 (81st of 300 runners) as Cedarville won the Queens Challenge in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Top 6K outing of career was a 23:31.9 effort as the Lady Jackets won the G-MAC Championship banner on CU’s Elvin R. King Cross Country Course

  • NCCAA Scholar-Athlete
  • Contributed 51 individual points during the 2022 indoor (26) and outdoor (25) track & field seasons
  • Runner-up in the 5K with a time of 18:23.36 at the NCCAA Indoor Championships at Cedarville’s Doden Field House as CU won it’s fourth consecutive banner
  • Placed third in the 3,000 meters (10:46.78) at the NCCAA Indoor Championships
  • Won the 5K at the Wittenberg Indoor Invitational with a season-best effort of 17:58.53

  • Top 5K effort was a career-best 19:35 to finish 29th of 104 runners in the Cedarville Open at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course

  • Placed fifth in the 5,000 meters at the Tiffin Outdoor Invitational with a time of 19:13.33
