  • Produced a solid senior campaign with 5K and 6K career-best outings
  • Top 5K effort was 17:35.0 to finish 11th overall among 400 runners as USTFCCCA Division II No. 7 Cedarville had five of the first 13 finishers en route to an impressive victory in the 44-team Alabama-Huntsville Invitational
  • CU’s #3 runner as well as third overall with a 5K time of 17:44.7 as the Lady Jackets won the All-Ohio Championship under the lights at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course
  • Best 6K performance was 21:31.1 as CU finished in a best-ever seventh place in the 2022 NCAA Division II Women's Cross Country Championship at Chambers Creek Regional Park in University Place, Washington

  • Cedarville’s #7 runner with a 6K effort of 23:30.8 at the NCAA Division II Championship in Allendale, Michigan
  • Produced a career-best 15:53.2 as CU won the 5K Queens Challenge in Charlotte, North Carolina

2019-20 (Freshman)
  • Participated in six of the eight 2019 varsity cross country meets during her freshman season
  • Produced a time of 18:54.7 as Cedarville’s #6 finisher at the 5K Queens Challenge in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Top 6K effort of 23:16.4 came at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship in Pepper Pike, Ohio
  • Placed 17th overall as CU’s #7 runner with a time of 20:21.1 at the NCCAA Championships in Point Lookout, Missouri as the Lady Jackets earned their 12th national title
  • Runner-up in the 5,000 meters (18:17.31) as Cedarville won the 2020 NCCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships for the third straight time
